Bridge City Fitness offers some of the best Personal Training in Saskatoon. Anyone can show you how to curl a barbell or use a leg press machine– that’s not what we’re interested in. We specialize in creating an enthusiastic environment where you’ll want to train. We want you to think of your time training with us as the peak of your day. It just so happens that along the way you’ll shed fat, build muscle and look great in your clothes.
We specialize in training the 50+ client who’s either looking to get back into shape or discovering fitness for the first time. We’ve helped 60 year olds lose 30lbs and 69 year olds shave 1 hour off their marathon times. All of our programming is customized to any limitations or pre-existing conditions you may have.
You just want to look good in a bathing suit poolside or finish strong in your next 10k race. Maybe you want to bench press 300lbs or fill out the butt in your jeans. You enjoy working out, but you don’t want to live in the gym. No problem. We can combine a mix of high-intensity training, classic bodybuilding exercises and modern training techniques to build the physique you want.
Whether your child needs to get their weight under control or they simply want a workout program they can take to the gym, we can help. We’ll show them proper lifting technique, explain the importance of what healthy eating is (and what it looks like) and advise you of any physical ailments they should see a healthcare professional about.

Whether you need to drop 2% off your body fat, increase your vertical jump or pack on 25lbs, we can provide you with the tools to reach those goals.
All of our clients receive nutritional advice, recipes, motivational emails, texts and tweets. We’re available to answer your fitness questions, provide supplement advice or even just tell you that you’re doing great. All Personal Training sessions are held at Euripides Muscles
All sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Unless otherwise stated, no additional equipment is required. However, most clients do prefer to have their own boxing gloves, for example.
A minimum twice-weekly commitment is required for all new training clients. This ensures that you’re dedicated to achieving your fitness goals and allows us to plan our schedules & programs accordingly.
Hourly Rate: $75 (+GST)
Youth Rate: $45 (+GST)
