Nathan Bogya

Since leaving the Canadian Forces in 2010, Nathan has been a fulltime trainer with Bridge City Fitness. For over a decade Nathan has been addicted to physical fitness, culminating in his decision to become a certified Personal Trainer. “The reward of feeling healthy and looking great comes from the discipline of consistent training and proper nutrition.” Recognizing that advanced knowledge of fitness nutrition is just as important as proper training, Nathan is an ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and also certified with Precision Nutrition. “Being able to explain the science behind the food we eat often leads to an ‘aha!’ moment for my clients.
