“Shopping” for a Personal Trainer or Boot Camp class is no different. Some Trainers list their rates, some want you to email or call. Do you really have time to contact 10 different trainers to hear the same 10 reasons why they’re all different? No!

At Bridge City Fitness, we want you as a client because we know we can help you. In every Boot Camp class, Dry Land Training, Kickboxing or Personal Training session we know we’re making a difference in the lives of our people. We know it because they’re changing shape right in front of our eyes! We know it because they say, “When I started, I could only hold plank for 30 seconds– and I just did it for 7 minutes!” We know it because they keep coming back.

One-on-One Personal Training

All Personal Training clients receive a free consultation and initial assessment.

Each session is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. To maximize your session time, it is advised that you arrive early to warm up.

Hourly Rate: $75 (+GST)
A minimum twice-weekly commitment is required for all new clients.

Your training session can be as easy or as challenging as you would like it. We work with absolute novices, gymnasts, athletes, ultra-marathoners and everything in-between. Our sparkling personalities and fitness expertise will ensure that you see results and enjoy your time spent with us.

As certified Fitness Kickboxing instructors, your sessions can be mixed up to include pad work, punching/kicking drills and more. We are also certified TRX Suspension instructors, allowing us to show you how to maximize your own in-home TRX experience, or to try it for the first time.

Personal Training sessions are held at Pro Sport Rehab & Fitness. In-home training is also available; please contact us for availability.

You & Me

Have a friend that wants to workout out too? Split the cost and train together! You & Me training will get your heart racing, bring out your competitive spirit and keep you accountable to other person– win, win!

Bridge City Boot Camp

As Saskatoon’s ONLY year-round, indoor Fitness Boot Camp we simply can’t compare ourselves to other, limited-run, limited-size Boot Camps in the city. We offer 19 different class times per week! Monday-Friday we offer a 6:00am, 8:00am and 12:00pm class and from Monday-Thursday have a 5:30pm class. All classes are held at Pro Sport Rehab & Fitness.

Every class is packed full of sweat, laughs and calorie-burning exercises. Once you realize how much fun you’re having (and fat you’re losing), you’ll want to keep coming back for more. You can attend as many classes as you’d like. We recommend you come to as many as you can per week.

We offer Bridge City Boot Camp with a 1 year commitment. If that sounds like too much, don’t worry: We offer a 30-day written notice cancellation policy– with no penalty!

If you’re still on the fence about joining, we also offer a drop-in rate. It’s a great way to try out the class if your schedule simply doesn’t have room.

Remember, you’re first class is always free!

1 Year Rate: $99/Month (+GST)

Drop-in Rate: $15/Class (GST included)

10 class Punch Pass: $120 (GST included)

Corporate Training

Looking to beat the bulge in the office? Our certified trainers are available to provide custom workouts, nutritional tips and a friendly face to your corporate gym. We’re available to provide assistance to your employees as needed for set hours, or scheduled with specific clients to train in your office facility.

Rate: $75/hour(+GST)
A minimum of two sessions per week is required

Small Group Training

Maybe it’s you and 3 friends, or 4 total strangers! Small Group Training is an awesome way to get in shape, share a few laughs and sweat it out together.

Sessions are held twice weekly and run for 8 weeks.

Rate: $480/person(+GST)

Dry Land/Team Training

Looking to take your team to the next level before the season starts– or maintain that peak performance during the season? Bridge City Fitness already has raving fans of our Dry Land Training sessions. We offer a Boot Camp-style class that emphasizes camaraderie and healthy competition between team members. Our weekly Fit Tests also provide the coaching staff (and the athletes) with quantifiable progress, ensuring that everyone will indeed try their hardest.

Due to scheduling requirements & costs between facilities, our Hourly Rate does not typically include the rental of gym space. It is expected that the team will either find a suitable space on their own, or arrange with Bridge City Fitness to schedule and pay for the rental of a space available to us.

Hourly Rate: $110 (+GST)
